In recent decades, the research landscape in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in domains such as robotics, human-machine systems, and digital health has witnessed significant growth. This evolution is now making a substantial impact on various facets of people’s lives, spanning manufacturing, transportation, communications, healthcare, and numerous other applications.
Crucially, recognising and bridging the gap between the genuine needs in areas like robotics and digital health and the ongoing research is essential to ensure that technological progress effectively aligns with real-world requirements.
The aim of this invited session is to highlight the pivotal role played by AI and Digital Health in the transformation of healthcare services. It also aims to present and engage in discussions about recent advances in AI, Robotics, Human Machine Systems, and associated digital technologies that have the potential to enhance performance in manufacturing, transportation, and communications.
