After graduation, he established a company to develop a clinical DWH system and  worked for the company as a director from until 2021. He received a Ph.D. in Medical Science from Mie University in 2009. She completed my PhD in Computer Vision and Machine Learning at Cardiff University. She have extensive expertise in motion capture and tracking of human motion, statistical motion and behaviour modelling, pattern recognition, and multi-modal signal processing with particular application to medical problems. She is a Co-Chair of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/artificial-intelligence-robotics-and-human-machine-systems\/research\/working-groups\/ethical-and-explainable-ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IROHMS Working Group on Ethical and Explainable AI<\/a>, and a Co-Director of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/research-equipment\/facilities\/view\/human-factors-technology-laboratory\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Human Factors Technology Lab<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 an interdisciplinary research lab between the Schools of Engineering, Computer Science and Psychology.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 15%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Dr. Mohamed Bennasar (The Open University, United Kingdom)<\/strong><br><br>Dr. Mohammed Bennasar received a Ph.D. degree in Knowledge Engineering from Cardiff University in 2014. After graduation, he worked for Cardiff University as a lab demonstrator and reserach associte. He is now a lecturer in computing and communications at The Open University, UK. His research area is Knowlege Engineering inc. She is Director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/artificial-intelligence-robotics-and-human-machine-systems\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/artificial-intelligence-robotics-and-human-machine-systems\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Research Centre in AI, Robotics and Human-Machine Systems (IROHMS)<\/a> and Co-Director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/camsac\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/camsac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centre for Advanced Manufacturing Systems at Cardiff (CAMSAC)<\/a>.
